A way to throw trash

Hello everyone out there, today I was given a task to find a problem around our self and find the ways to solve it. So I analyzed my surroundings and I found that there is a huge dump around the ground in my society. Before that there was a huge drum so that all the trash was thrown in it. But for some reasons that drum has been removed from that place and now everyone just throws their trash at one place around the ground.

And that looks disgusting because it is not good for health and as well as a habit to just throws the trash around the ground where kids play.

So I want to place the trash cans at that place so that trash is thrown in those cans. Later those cans will be replaced with three big cans that will be categorized in three types one will be of recyclables, second will be of organic waste and third will be of hazardous materials.
